This site exists to register people for the free Essential First-Time Homebuyer Roadmap Webinar and to provide first-time homebuyer education. The content on this site is general educational information about the homebuying process. The live webinar is free to attend. To register, you provide your name, email address, and phone number through the registration form. By registering, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you consent to be contacted about the webinar using that information, in line with NEXA's TCPA Policy. Registration does not create an obligation to work with Patrick, NEXA Mortgage, LLC, or AXEN Realty LLC.

Webinar dates, times, and availability are subject to change. If a session is rescheduled, registrants are notified using the contact information they provided.

Everyone who attends the live session receives Patrick's Essential First-Time Homebuyer Roadmap at no additional cost. The incentive is delivered to live attendees, so joining the session live is required to receive it. This offer may be modified or discontinued at any time.
