Accessibility Statement

Making this webinar site usable for everyone is important to us, and we keep working at it.

This website is committed to being usable by people with disabilities. We aim to follow recognized accessibility best practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and we review and improve the site on an ongoing basis. This statement is honest about where we are: we are working toward these goals, and we welcome feedback that helps us get there.

What we do

The pages on this site are built with semantic headings, landmarks, and descriptive link text, and we write meaningful alt text for images. Page layouts are responsive, so they work at phone, tablet, and desktop widths without horizontal scrolling. All interactive elements can be operated with a keyboard, show a visible focus state, and provide generous tap targets on touch devices. We also respect reduced-motion preferences for visitors who turn them on in their operating system.

A note on the registration form: it is an embedded form provided by GoHighLevel, a third-party service. We work to keep the rest of the site accessible around it, and if you encounter an issue inside the form itself, we will report it to the form provider as well as work with you to make sure you can still register.

Ongoing efforts

Accessibility is part of how we build, not a one-time fix. As pages are added or updated, we review them for contrast, heading order, keyboard operation, and clear, plain-English content. We do not claim any third-party certification of this site's accessibility, and we do not make guarantees about the accessibility of external services linked from this site.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If something on this site is hard to use, please tell us. Send an email to Patrick Kevin Fagan at pfagan@nexalending.com and describe the issue, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We take every report seriously and will work to fix the problem or find you a working alternative.
